Skybridge Crews

Skybridge Crews was created to provide a sense of community, camaraderie, and bit of friendly competition.  Your crew is your small work family, and you are encouraged to collaborate with your crew to improve quality and productivity by sharing best practices, as well as support each other in your day-to-day interactions.

Crews in each league compete against one another each week on key performance standards.  Points are assigned to each crew based on their comparative position within the league.  The crew with the highest point total is the winner for the week and crew members can choose extra PTO hours or other offerings for their reward.

At the end of the month, the crew with the most points in each league gets to have a pizza party on Skybridge!
