Performance-based Pay Incentives

When you perform well, you can receive pay incentives like our KPI Crusher Bonus or Performance Premiums to earn even more!

Paid Time Off

Skybridge provides employees with an opportunity for rest, relaxation, and a change from their work routine by offering paid time off.  You will start with 15 days (prorated based on first day of employment in your first year).  Additional time is added after 5 and 15 years with the company.

Tuition Reimbursement

We want our employees to grow so we offer tuition reimbursement for classes or courses of continuing education that are directed toward acquiring skills and knowledge that contribute to the employee's current and likely future positions in the company.

Employee Referral Program

To find highly qualified, productive employees, Skybridge will pay referral awards to employees who refer a friend, acquaintance, or professional associate who is subsequently hired by the company and satisfies program requirements.
