Above & Beyond
Award

 

The biweekly Above & Beyond Award is a way to recognize our amazing employees for the outstanding work that they do.  You are encouraged to nominate your co-workers or direct reports for going Above and Beyond the call of duty.  We will review the nominations every 2 weeks and reward the top nomination with a choice of paid time off, a donation to the charity of their choice, or a gift card!

THE NOMINATION PROCESS

• Fill out the nomination form whenever someone goes above and beyond the call of duty.  This includes, but is not limited to, going the extra mile to assist a customer or a peer, displaying amazing leadership, problem-solving, generating revenue, lowering costs, etc.  It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out the nomination!

THE SELECTION PROCESS

• Each biweekly nomination period runs from Sunday – the following Saturday. Every two weeks, the award committee of management and HR will review the nominations received from the previous nomination period. Only the nomination, and not the employee’s name, will be reviewed during the voting process to keep the award selection fair. 

 

THE AWARDS

• The Above and Beyond award winner will choose their reward from one of the following:

  • $100 in your choice of gift card(s) from Tango Rewards!!

    • You can visit TangoCard to review gift card options in your country - you can choose to split the $100 into multiple gift cards!​

  • A day of Paid Time off added to your PTO balance (only available to full-time employees)

  • $100 donation to the charity of your choice

  • More reward options may be added

The award winner and any runners-up will be announced on our internal Microsoft Teams Channels on Fridays.
